By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted these following policies.
We are not responsible if you return the items to our address without our confirmation between you and us that your items could be returned to get refund. We are not responsible if you return the item to address which is not our returning warehouse that we provided.
- We only accept returns, refunds and exchange for some reasons: Not exactly what you ordered, wrong printed objects, wrong color and size caused by our mistakes. (You need to provide the photo which shows our wrong. Specifically about the size, please help us measure the size at length, bust, sleeve, and shoulder and give us the photo about the difference)
- We DO NOT accept returns and refunds if you just do not like the item when you receive it. All the item details have been clarified on our website.
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you receive your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- We are not responsible ny item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
We will not process a refund requirement in cases you refuse to receive the items or refuse to provide information we require such as: image (or video) of product with mistake, etc ...
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Our refund policy lasts 6 months from arrival date. If 6 months have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We only process the refunds when we receive the returned items.
In case you want to cancel your order to get refund while your products have been produced already and not sent out yet, please make the payment of processing fee (producing, payment gate fee, workpiece product) as below:
- Cancel in 36 hours since your order had been placed: Fee is 6$ US/item
- Cancel after 36 hours since your order had been placed: Fee is depended at that time, will be confirmed by our customer support.
This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If your products have been sent out already, we will do not resolve your inquiry about the cancellation.
Please contact our customer support to confirm your cancellation. If we do not receive your cancel requirement, your orders will be processed as normal.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time ( about 5 business days) before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our returning warehouse:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and payment gate fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
